IXIXIXI® flute, where standard sheet isn't enough.
Our IXIXIXI® Line Sheet comes with two walls and the IXIXIXI® flute type. That pattern makes the sheet stronger and more durable than PP hollow sheet, and lets it replace bubble guard sheet in demanding returnable systems.

Layer pads cut to the palletising pattern.
There are different kinds of polypropylene layer pad, according to the various logistic and palletising requirements. Our layer pad is the classic and best known polypropylene corrugated layer pad — available with sealed edges and rounded corners, 3 mm thick and 850–1200 GSM.

Both faces are corona treated during production (48 dynes/cm²) for good printability — for signage, POP, hoardings, displays and exhibition stalls.

Flat sheet, finished into a container.
Sheet is die-cut, creased, welded and fitted to become a finished box — with partitions, handles and lids specified around the part it has to hold. Foldable crates carry a full load out and collapse for the journey back.
