Why we exist
Our commitment

Helping businesses transition to a circular economy.

Sustainability isn't a line in our brochure — it is the reason the product is designed the way it is. A sheet that folds flat, survives hundreds of trips and can be reground into the next run keeps material in use and out of landfill.

Circular economy

Reuse and recycling designed into the product lifecycle, not bolted on at the end of it.

Considered materials

100% virgin polypropylene where the application demands it, with internally regenerated material where it does not.

In-house recycling

Our own programme recovers used sheet and reprocesses it, so the material returns to the line instead of the waste stream.

Specification
Build your sheet

Two flat walls, joined by vertical ribs.

That section is what makes the sheet light, stiff and waterproof at the same time. Move the control to see how thickness changes it, and pick any colour — the sheet is not limited to a fixed range.

Cross-section · to scale 4.0mm
ColourAny — matched to order
  • Maximum width2400 mm
  • LengthAs required
  • WeightSpecified in GSM
  • SurfaceCorona 48 dynes/cm²

Colour is not limited to these — pick any shade, or send us a reference and we will match it.

Triangular flute

Two flat walls, braced by diagonal ribs.

Set the ribs at an angle and each cell becomes a triangle — a section that resists crushing and flexing in both directions. Same thickness range, same freedom of colour.

IXIXIXI® sheet

Vertical ribs, X-braced between.

The heavy-duty section: every vertical rib is tied to the next by a cross-brace, for the thickest sheet we make — 1.5 to 15 mm.

What we control
Eight variables

Every sheet is specified, not selected.

Thickness

Produced between 1.5 and 15 mm. Tell us the job and we will advise the gauge.

Weight

Expressed in GSM. The higher the GSM, the stronger and stiffer the sheet.

Size

Any requested size. Length is effectively unlimited; width tops out at 2400 mm.

Colour

All colours — white, blue, green, black, orange, red, grey, silver or any shade you need, matched to order.

Fire retardant

Tell us the fire rating you need to meet and we will produce to it.

Custom printing

High-resolution, full-colour printed sheet supplied ready to convert.

Virgin & recycled PP

100% virgin polypropylene, or internally regenerated material.

UV protection

A UV protectant extends the life of the sheet and its print work outdoors.

How it is made
From resin to finished part

Seven stages, in the only order they work.

Sheet cannot be printed before it is surface treated, and it cannot be treated before it leaves the die. The sequence is the process.

01

Resin & masterbatch

Polypropylene co-polymer and homo-polymer resin is blended with masterbatch to the specified colour and additive package — UV, fire retardant, anti-static.

Virgin / regenerated
02

Extrusion

The melt is forced through a twin-wall die that forms both flat walls and the vertical ribs between them in a single continuous profile.

Up to 2400 mm wide
03

Calibration & cooling

The profile is held to gauge as it cools, setting the wall thickness and rib pitch that determine the sheet's stiffness and weight.

1.5 – 15 mm
04

Corona treatment

Both faces are corona treated inline to a maximum of 48 dynes/cm², raising surface energy so inks and adhesives key properly instead of beading off.

48 dynes/cm², both sides
05

Cutting to size

Sheet is cut to the ordered dimensions. Because the profile runs continuously, length is set by the order rather than by a standard sheet size.

Any requested length
06

Printing & conversion

Screen, flatbed digital, inkjet and flexo printing, then die-cutting, creasing, welding and fitting to turn flat sheet into boxes, dividers, standees and guards.

Full-colour, high resolution
07

Testing & recovery

Material is verified by laboratories, and used sheet is taken back through our in-house recycling programme to be reground into the next run.
